How does it work?

Step 1:

 Complete the online form 

Step 2:

Receive a quote for your guitar by email

Step 3:

If you are happy with you quote, we will arrange to collect your guitar. Depending on location, this will be by:

a) collection in person at a time that is convenient for you, or

b) collection by courier. 

If courier collection is appropriate then we will send you a postage label and packing materials with instructions how to pack your guitar. A courier will then collect the guitar on a date that works for you.

If the guitar is lost or damaged then it will be covered by us.

Step 4: 

You will receive payment in full within 24 hours of us receiving the guitar.
